It was a just perfect experience. I thoroughly enjoyed this absolutely fabulous and great hotel. The room was well decorated, without a doubt, had a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator.

The Pullman Zamzam in Makkah provided a delightful stay with comfy beds, spacious and clean rooms, and excellent customer service. the best part was the captivating view of historical sites related to Prophet Muhammad. the attentive and caring service staff, along with a wide selection for breakfast, truly enhanced the overall experience.

Had good sleep at the superior king room with 2 toilets, haram view plus free baby bed on demand. The hotel was in an absolutely perfect and magnificent position just off the Mosque of the Prophet and masjid al nabawi. Fast food restaurant Mexican Chicken was located 15 minutes walk away.

A nice size and nicely decorated room with free baby bed on demand, haram view and 2 toilets, and there's private parking onsite, if you travel by car. There is an electric kettle and a fridge.

The generous arched window at the hotel, which had a view of the patio, made for a delightful morning scene reminiscent of a beautiful painting. It felt like waking up in a tranquil garden, with the soft sunlight streaming in and casting a warm glow over the room.

Disappointing cleanliness and service.

The location was amazing, near Bab al-Salam. Moreover, it was just next door to the Mosque of the Prophet, Pullman Zamzam Madina, and the masjid at the women's entrance.

i loved the view of roza mubarak from the restaurant at breakfast! so breathtaking! 🕌🌟 rooms need better cleaning, but the proximity to the haram and the shuttle service for women are a big plus. Staff are friendly and helpful. Will stay again!
